Better premium
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Today, I have received absolute fantastic service from Retention Specialist Kebafenste Mogoshi. I was going to cancel my policy with Miway due to my budget but Kebafentse made sure to give me a premium within my budget with no increase in my excess and no other changes to my policy. He went above and beyond.
