Best Vehicle insurance

I have nothing but heartfelt Gratitude to MiWay.

I will start by 2018 , wen my car broke down I called them and my car dealer to call tow me to vehicle assessment Centre .

They asked me if I’m safe I told them I’m near a tollgate & I’ve called my car dealership as well since my car was still under warranty their response to me was , it’s fine we will call a Tow truck for you as well who ever gets to you first as long as you are safe . . . & indeed my way did arrive to me first and offered to book a B&B stay for me and the rest is History

Late 2018 I was involved in a single vehicle accident where the cost of the damage was a total of R24000 and my Access was R6000-00 I was given 3 months to pay access but when the 3 months of my claim was about to lapse my Way offered to pay me the Difference so that when I can afford to get extra money be able to go and fix my car.

Then came 2019 In May when my car Broke down on my way to my Grandpas Funeral. I called a friend to come tow me . But by the time we got to the taxis they were finished since it’s winter and that’s when I called MiWay to explain that I’m having a car trouble and that my car was already Towed what we require is a take me home service.

The callcenter agent did explain that it was a very difficult situation since I hadn’t initially lodged a claim with them or notified them of the problem I was facing with my car but he did however transfer me to Mihelp Team Manager by The name of Ntokozo Mjokane.

All I can say is that on that day my decision to chose MiWay as my insurance provider was reaffirmed as the best one

Ntokozo went out of his way to assist me and provide me with alternatives in a situation that even I knew that I deserved no assistance.

It was late , dark at night , 5 months pregnant but he never knew this cuz I never told him but he made sure I got home safe with my unborn child.
