I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the amazing team who handled my vehicle claim. Solani Baloyi & Thokozile Sengoai. These 2 ladies worked on the claim, we struggled getting in touch due to load shedding but I am so impressed that they kept me informed despite the challenges. Now and then I would get an email updating me about the progress. I honestly do not regret having insurance with Miway for over a decade. Its always been about service for me and these 2 ladies had proven once again my reasons I am a client. Ladies, I will forever be thankful for the service you provided to me, I hope I am not the only client you treat this well. So sad I was unable to insure my newer vehicle with them as the premium was too high.
