After my brother's funeral, my niece locked my car keys in the car and my house keys were inside the car too. As frustrated as I was, I contacted MiWay insurance and Bjorn Laurens answered my call. I was not in a good state of mind and took out my frustration on him. He handled my request with calmness and professionalism and in less that an hour the locksmith came to assist. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bjorn for this professionalism and also apologize for taking out my anger on him. As a client I appreciate U and thank U so much.
