Best service received

When another car drove into mine on the 25th April, Tshepiso Thole persistently contacted me to check what was going on. Eventually when i did respond back, he helped calm me and my claim was automatically registered in that process. He was professional, empathetic and one could sense that he really cared. He followed up on my progress and updated me where he could with my claim process. Then there was Sunet, who after I requested that my car be repaired by a panel beater i was comfortable with, she got on with the authorisation process and within five minutes, i received confirmation of the authorisation with the preferred panel beater. I am happy with the service i received from these two employees of MiWay and hope the rest take notes from them. I am also happy with the insurance overall, will update after i request a review in a years time.
