Well done to Mr Jacques Pienaar of Miway Insurance for the outstanding work towards my insurance claim. He kept me updated throughout the process, reachable at all times, including facilitating resolutions on some uncer*****ies I had by making sure that they were clarified and resolved. I can also confirm that I am satisfied with resolutions themselves. He has also worked speedily, thus ensuring that the settlement of my vehicle and extras were processed and paid timeously, i.e. even before I was expecting the kind of update, feedback and closure of the claim.
