Best service I've ever had

I submitted a claim online for a cracked windscreen. Less than 5minutes later a consultant had called me, and within an hour the glass fitter had confirmed a booking slot to replace my windscreen. In less than 24 hours I had my windscreen replaced. You can't get much better than that!
