Goitsimang Teo assisted me yesterday when I had to get my car checked in at the panel beaters and had an issue with the courtesy car booking. She was friendly and assuring me throughout the process. Like the effective problem-solver she demonstrated herself to be yesterday- she had me stay on the line while she spoke to Avis and as soon as a few minutes came back to me to say it had been sorted and it was indeed!
