I have called soooooo many call centres and I should say you top them all! Your service made me soo emotional, I felt like I was speaking to someone who understood my financial situation, where I come from and the reason why I was looking for a cheaper cover given the unfortunate, permanent, negative changes due to this pandemic. Salaries remained the same but everything else went up. You were so warm and friendly, so energetic, gave advice and most of all it felt like I was speaking to a sister/a mother who wanted to help her child with the dilemma they are in. You called me every time the calls cut due to connection issues, you won't get that in other call centres. I really appreciate your professionalism and pray that God blesses you with all your hearts desires because you are a beautiful person and very caring, most of all kind.
