I submitted a claim and the person who helped me from beginning till the end was Phillip Mohube. Thank you Phillip for your wonderful, professional and empathetic assistance throughout my claim process. Phillip was patient and understanding of what I was going through during my traumatic experience of a car accident. Phillip was never pushy to close off the claim and he also did not delay to close it off as well. Thank you Phillip for being so patient with me.
