BEST SERVICE, EVER!!!

I called MiWay last week Monday and spoke to a lady by the name of Anati, wanting to review my premiums. Anati was very unfriendly and not willing to listen to my plea, the conversation was so brief that she ended up terminating my policy. I got an email 5 minutes after our telecorn that my contract will be terminated on the 25/12/2019. I had to call back, to reinstate it. But the following day, I got another call from MiWay and it was Kagiso Makgalwa who was very polite, friendly and understanding. I told him my ordeal, that I cannot afford the current premiums, after holding for +/- 5minutes, Kagiso was able to give me a better rate and my monthly premiums were reviewed and reduced. I want to give a shout out to KAGISO MAKGWALA - YOU DESERVE A BELLS!!! A big shout out to you for your professionalism and thoughtfulness. YOU ARE A STAR.....
