My request was for removing certain items from the cover and add others. She is patient and explains everything in details, I did not have information she was looking for and she asked how best to work it out, giving me space to think on how she gonna get the info. . She has humour and does not pretend to know everything, she would say- hold a sec let me find out. On her return her feedback is complete and satisfactorily. She asked me very relevant and allow client to ask 'stupid' questions, very interesting. After the conversation, she'd ask whst else do you need help with. She actually reminded me of the claim that I related to her earlier. She called the section and told me, it appears there are no people, please send me an e mail, I will get them to call you(client).
