<p>I would like to take this opportunity to thank and give credits to Precious and Dimakatso for their efforts to resolve the problem I had on my policy.</p> <p>Dimakatso Mokoena went out of her way to help me and my dad with the problem and she did not dispair until the problem was resolved. I appreciate her effords and her humbleness even when I was frastrated on the phone on Thursday but she was there to cool me down. She knows her story.</p> <p>Precious with her charming voice made it easy for me to smile on the phone and her welcoming voice was enough for me to cool down when she mention this words" welcome to MiWay where we do things your way"and even if she heard that the problem was difficult she did not pass the buck just like that, but she made effords to satisfy me.
