best service ever
today i called to miway to cancel my insurance as i wont be able to make the repayments going forward. i got through to Thapelo Masinga who was so well informed, polite, funny and extremely helpful. he offered me a lower cover and premium in place of cancelling, was very well informed and provided me with much more information than i expected. well done to you Thapelo, your service is outstanding!
