Judith Maluleke Claims department managed to explain & made me understand the how claims disputes works. I was very angry when I phoned as I had been expecting a call from the insurance company the whole day. I appreciate that she managed to calm me down and further advised me about going through policy documents word by word. We need more people like Judith at MiWay customers service.
