Best servce ever!
Good day,
I have received the most awesome service from your agents at the claims department. I have an accident on Monday (17/01/2022) and I was promptly assisted by Nomhle Mabe and everything was finalized by Thursday.
During the claim process I was assigned the incorrect class for the courtesy car and Felicia Naidoo was such a great help and by the time I went to collect the car, everything was sorted. I also had an enquiry with regard to the 3rd party, Ayanda was also a great help in terms of advising me on steps to follow.
This is the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company.
