Best sales person interaction

So I call MiWay! For re-evaluation of my policy and I've got to say this lady is born to be a sales person. I was swopped from one sales person to another , by the time I got to her i was ready to hang up. She knows how to settle a cuatomer down, how to discover a good basis of comunication, shes arcertive in that good way. She gave me a changes and listern carefully to what I had to say, and went out of her way to help me get what I feel I deserved . to give credit where its due , I'm giving her 10 for communication skills, good customer service, emotional intelligence telephone skills and listening skills
