Best first insurance claim experience

I would like to applaud Miway agent, Siphiwo Ntetha and also the MiWay insurance company for excellent service On my first interaction/communication with the mentioned representative, he briefly explained to me all I need to know about my cover and went through the nitty-gritty details that I agreed on with MiWay. Up until today, Mr Ntetha has always available whenever I called him with queries regards to my claim and has always been willing and able to attend to my queries.

He always kept me up to date with the latest developments and progress on my claim. Siphiwo always had a can-do approach and I could feel his positive energy which encouraged me to be optimistic throughout the claims process. He gave me the freedom to share with him my understanding and pointed me in the right direction where finds my understanding to be wrong. I would like to emphasise on the outstanding high level of professionalism in which Siphiwo conducted himself with.
