I feel I was blessed to have Thandu Qomoyi take my call. I called in not being happy with the premium increase as well as the high excess. After explaining to the consultant I was transfered to a Senior and Thandu took my call. Thandu went through my policy with me, and noted that I hadn't claimed in 7 years and he said we could definitely reduce my premium. He beat all my expectations and I am now paying less than R450 for car and household contents. WITH my excess reduce to half to boot!
