Best ever Customer Service!!!

<p>I contacted MiWay this morning whith quite a lengthy complaint via email. Just past 10am I received a phone call from Innocentia Kgano... Not only did this lady have good knowledge regarding the problem I experienced she took the time to listen to the recordings mentioned that caused the problem before she contacted me. With a readily available solution she assisted me with understanding and an amount of patience I have never experienced before when dealing with a consultant or opperator. She solved the problem and adjusted my policy accordingly. Thank you so very much Innocentia . </p> <p> </p> <p>This lady deserves a propper incentive/acknowledgement for her service and I would like to request from MiWay that they let me know what they did for her to make her day great!!!</p>
