I got a call from Ayanda less than a minute after requesting assistance via Miway App. I was initially not happy with the service I received from the other operator telephonically. I was having a horrid day and she calmly apologised for the other operator and promised that she was going to make my day better. She promised that by the end of the day I was going to complement her and not complain anymore. At the end, my car was at the mechanic, and I was assured transport from work to home in the interim.
