Best customer service

I went to the Miway app last week to increase my household cover and put in a request for a call back. To my surprise I received a call the next morning from an agent. The lady helping me was very polite, friendly and was able to process my request quickly. I also was able to update my banking details on their app which was so convenient and I didn't have to speak to anyone to do this unlike other companies. Premium went off as expected, no hassles at all. Thanks to Miway for their consistent speedy n reliable service. Am a happy customer.
