Best customer service

<p>I had not received my car DO NOT TOUR sticker. I joined miway in Feb .... the customer service I received today was amazing and it has uplifted my spirit ... I'm a very hard to please customer and everyone I enter into a business deal with knows that ... but today I had called to complain but this guy Maduvha from Kosmosfal branch made my day ... his politeness... his understanding of what I was calling about ... there is nothing more comforting than knowing the person on the other side is actually listening to you and understand... he went and extra mile to find me a nearest branch where I can actually pic up that sticker ... I love miway not only for their services but also for the convenience they have afforded me from day one ... my car tracker is half price because of them ... to just mention the few best service they offer ..... meaning I'm guaranteed a recovery of my car (baby storm) should she be lost or ****** ... if not they will replace her. Keep it up guys ... you are doing a great job... </p>
