Best customer service

<p>In today's world it is highly unlikely to come across people who are really passionate about their work. Being in the customer services industry myself, I have to commend one of your agent whom I had the pleasure of interacting with. I hardly ever give good reviews or feedback about anything or anyone but I would really be unfair if I didn't say anything about Gugu Mathibela.</p> <p> </p> <p>Talk about world class vip service, that's what I have experienced with her. She is kind, listens to one's concerns and will go out of her way to address your concerns. I had a pleasant experience with her and it is could, I would actually want to speak to her every time I called in. She is an asset to your organisation and I trust that her managers do see this and give praise where it is due. What an excellent experience, bravo Gugu and keep shining like the star you are. </p>
