This goes for Tumisang, who assisted me this morning after I had a car breakdown. After my car got stuck, I panicked since I was in the middle of the busy road in town. It was the first horrific experience of my life, I then called my husband who immediately call Miway and requested them to call me.

In a very short space of time, the call came in and there was Tumi on the line ready to assist me. He first asked if I'm okay then asked some few questions related to my query and whereabout. After capturing everything on his system, he strongly assured to get me assistance in 5 minute's time. Within 5 minutes the towing truck was where I was, at the same time Tumi was giving me a follow up call.

Even after the vehicle was delivered at the garage, he gave me another call just to ensure I got the assistance I needed and wished me well as a client of Miway.
