My car had a problem on the 24th of November 2017, it would not start! I the decided to contact my insurance and a gentleman by the name of Nkululeko made the process so easy for me. It literally took about 5 minutes for the towing guys to get to me. Nkululeko kept checking on me if everything was okay... This was indeed fantastic customer service I have ever received anywhere! Nkululeko deserves a nice BONUS this holidays.
