Best claims process and service

This is a note to commend Mr. Suvir Bodhie (Claims Assessor) and Nkululeko Sithebe for both their impeccable service, understanding and sensitivity throughout the claims process and helping us deal with our loss. (Car theft).

The event of having your personal space and home invaded (especially where young children are involved) is truly traumatic. I am pleased to say that we are well on the way to recovery and getting back to normal life, and much of that is due to Suvir's and Nkululeko's professionalism, prompt service and kind natures during this difficult process. It was a pleasure to deal with them both during the claims process and they has given both my wife and I peace of mind. I cannot thank them and Miway enough.
