Had an unpleasant incident of my vehicle being involved in an accident, with a friend driving the vehicle in a province (Limpopo) outside of my primary residence (Mpumalanga). The claims process was completed within reasonable time (3 Weeks) and the claim assessor Hamilton Peeha, was of great assistance as he thoroughly communicated the steps that needed to be followed.

During the claim process, Hamilton was patient, answered any questions that I had as a first time claimer. Would definitely recommend his professional yet reassuring and compassionate behavior he displayed towards me.
