Best and efficient service

I have to applaud the MiWay app for it's ease of use and efficiency. I desperately needed roadside assistance last week Thursday, 22 March, and decide to try the app first and to my surprise, I received a call immediately. The second call was from a lady called Lethabo Hlabyago - a very pleasant person who understands customer service. She called for assistance and kept me up to day throughout and called me a few times to check on me until I was helped and my car was back on the road. I give a 10 out of 10 for her wonderful and pleasant service and the MiWay app. I am impressed and happy to be a MiWay client.
