Bending over backwards for customer
I am absolutely thrilled at the service that I received today when I called Miway to ask for a premium review (6 months into my contract). They had already granted a discount of R400 , so I was really trying my luck here. To my pleasant surprise, they gave me a further R100 Discount, and the consultant that was helping me, Diego, was so great to interact with. I am so glad that I switched from Outsurance to Miway. Please keep up the good work!
