Below standard claims service

<p>Its so disappointing to call a claims department for a month and they keep transferring you from 1 person to another every time..</p> <p>I recommended my sister to this insurance company as I was by family,the service has been great till a claim had to be processed!!!</p> <p>This morning I made the call with my sister as we listened to them moving the call to one place to another and only to find that the lady handling the case has moved to another department and no manager was available to help us.HOW FLIPPEN CONVENIENT!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been with my way for almost 3 years,is this what I should look forward to when I claim????</p> <p>Get your house in order claims department</p>
