Being loyal to you doesn't benefit me at all

I ve been with my Miway since 2013 am here because am happy but for the past 6 yrs the car am insured with you has only claimed once a glass but now i get a premium increase for what?? The relationship is now one sided my excess are increasing too ,i must now live in fear that the day i need them i will ve to do loans for excess too, come guys when i call m told parts prices are going up but also my car value is dropping too and worse i ve not claimed in the past 6 yrs on these car ,,yoooo Miway is now doing things their way so i must now start asking family amd friends which company are they using after so many yrs of being loyal, the regular driver on these car has never ever claimed from you since you knew her come on am not happy, being loyal doesn't pay pay
