Being **** about the product benefits

I was sold a miwheels lite product and when I told the agent siphesihle I have r0 excess on my current insurance he assured me that I will also have the same with the miwheels lite product he set up, he also told me I would get retail value but he gave me a different value and also **** about the car hire days being 3p when it was 10

This is blatant misleading and I did query it for the call recording which is now becoming an issue, I was called and told they are adjusting the premium to give me everything siphesihle promised so now the premium has gone up which is unfair has I have already made arrangements cancel my current insurance.

The worse part of this is that the agent siphesihle is still employed there after blatantly lying to me has he also called a colleague of mine and also **** to him about the benefits

So Miway do you guys train your agents to lie and mislead so you can get our business. I also work in the financial industry and believe what your agent has done means he should be drbarred and as per the cpa you need to honor the agreement made over the recorded sales line
