Been waiting to be phoned back for more than 4 days now!
Been waiting to be phoned back 4 days ago, today spoke to one of the agents and i was advised someone will phone me, till now i'm still waiting for my phone to ring, and i explained on the app that i keep getting disconnected and have to explain from scratch to another agent my issue, so I'd rather have someone phone me, i guess we're only customers when it's time for MiWay to debit from our accounts!!!
