I feel I have been hard done by MyWay insurance. A week ago I was bumped from the back and my car got damaged. Then I went down to the nearest Police Station and reported the matter and they gave me an accident report. Herewith my accident report number: CR 20/04/2026. Well to my surprise MyWay insurance is coming with the story that they don't fix card with are not damaged less than 75%. The thing they never stated when I was still paying for their policy. Please help.
