Been **** too and deceived by Miway Insurance

<p>Yet their slogan is "Honesty is the best policy". After buying a car was called by many insurance companies offering me a cover but I rejected the offers even though their covers were lesser because I believed in Miway. But now with the service I'm getting from them I regret taking the cover. I was hijacked 24.05.16 and the car was recovered the same day. After going through a trauma nearly been shot as the car was shot twice, Miway is giving me hustles with paying out a claim of fixing my car. I'm now told that I have to pay R5000 extra for my claim which I wasn't told anything about. I requested the recording as claim consultant insisted that it was mentioned in the call. I listened to the recording and nothing was said regarding paying extra access fee if I claim within 6 months or even a year. And after all this I’m the one making follow up regarding this matter. The last time I spent almost an hour and half waiting for the resolution which I haven’t received to date. I’m very disappointed with Miway because I thought they running their business genuinely. I’m very disappointed indeed with Miway.</p>
