Beaucannon Williams: Good morning. I would like to pass appreciation to Mr. Williams for his patients and excellent service he has just rendered to me. I logged a claim (C***) on Friday and he got to me the same day. Unfortunately I couldn't get the call because of load shading. He didn't give up on me, today about 10 minutes ago he come to me and did an outstanding job. He was friendly and professional. Thank you for your help.
