Be careful with Miway

Be careful with Miway products. Since I left Miway, I've been receiving expensive quotes whenever I request a quote from other insurers. I've been wondering why I'm been getting high premium quotes all of a sudden until they've called me again to offer me a better quote. The quote was even worse until I've asked the guy who was assisting me on why the premium is high and he said I have a historic collision claim on my profile. I've only made a claim on my tire and rim cover. How is that impacting my premiums? The guy said he is gonna send an email to get this sorted and guess what? It's been months since, I've followed up, the last consultant I spoke was useless. She sounded very confused about it. Mind you I've been with this insurer for over 5 years
