Be careful of using Miway
Did not recieve the e-mail on the updated copy of the policy that they said they allegedly sent on 24 June 2018. Waited for what felt like a very long time for the email from them to have my car assessed after it was reported being vandalised after *******. Called them again and they got my e-mail wrong. I was told that the access on the damages will be R10 000 for a little bump and scratches....BEFORE the damages have been assessed by a panel beater! I have recorded every phone call.
Still waiting for the e-mails!!!!!!!!
Feels like extorion. Feels like another break in.
Their service is SHOCKING and even though I'm paying for insurance I am confident that if I ever needed to claim they will not pay out.
