Battery died while I was at a school event on a Saturday, and I was nervous as I was with kids
Battery died while I was at a school event on a Saturday, and I was nervous as I was with kids. It took less than a minute to request Roadside assistance on WhatsApp, and the agent called me back immediately, and despatched assistance immediately. It was such a seamless excellent service from end-to- end, and the agent followed up untill I was safely home! Impressive service as always, thanks to the excellent agent- Haniph Nkuna, you are brilliant!!!!
