Battery assistance

I logged a call yesterday and only got assistance today which isn't really an issue since I didn't really need to go anywhere. But from the time Lindelwa called to the time William arrived was less than 20 minutes and 2 minutes after that I was sorted. Great service I must say. I am disappointed that we don't get an alert if the battery dies. But that is a story for another way. Looks like I'm in relatively good hands, hope that never changed.
