<p>I always commend good work, which is why when I was asissted last time with decreasing my excess, I was happy and gave a good review. But to my surprise, I spoke too quickly. The premium was only supposed to increase effective from June, that is what I was told and agreed to, but no the person who was effecting the changes did their own thing, next thing I know, I get 2 debit orders because of the increase which I only expected from next month. IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, it is a matter of PRINCIPLE. Very irritated!</p>
