Baseless rejection of claim

My girlfriend is covered by MyWayInsurance for minor dents and scratches.. She lodged a claim after her car got a minor scratch. Her claim was rejected on the grounds that the scratch was not due to day -to-day motor use and that the scratch exceeded a certain measurement. Like what the hell!!!! ... They only saw the scratch in the pictures, they didnt ask for any measurement and the policy does not even attempt to define "day to day motor use " so how is that determined.. Isnt driving your car day to day use ??
