Bait marketing call

Gugulethu from Miway calls me and says I qualify for a discount in premiums. She then proceeds with asking if I have any additional items I would like to insure I say no and then she wants to end the call. I stopped her and asked her if the condition of discount is based on adding other items she says no and then transfers me to another department where I explained what happened and the call then gets dropped in my ear. I do not think it is fair practice that you call me to mislead me. Rather be upfront from the beginning. But now I expect Miway to call me and give me that discount even if it is a R50 discount.
