Baf customer service, empty promises

Someone finally called me after i complained on Hello Peter... promised my voichers will be sent to me guess what still nothing in my inbox from them. I also logged a claim last week due to an minor accident .. they said someone will contact me to arrange an assessment .. no one has called me. I am definitely cancelling today. Not worth my energy
