Bad treatment I received from miway

My car was involved in an accident on the 15th and it was undriveable due to mechanical breakdown. my way claim was rejected for mechanical breakdown, I reported the matter to miway insurance , Miway towed my car to be fixed, I was phoned by miway consultant by the name of Lesego, she told me that miway will only fix the damage to the body of the car, and they will not be responsible for mechanical breakdown, my car was kept for 10days in their workshop and returned to me without it being fixed the damages from being bumped in the accident,that's the kind of treatment I received from miway.
