Bad treatment

Bad treatment. My car was towed a month ago on the 21st of June. After Assessment done access payment made parts ordered and arrived.... no one could locate my car. This came out as i was expecting to receive my car on the 23rd July as estimated completion date, i personally phoned the panel beaters to check on the process of completion only to find out my car was not with them they hsve been waiting for me to bring the car over to them yet the cars was with Miway for the entire month.

Now my rental cars days are over no one is holding responsibility to my case no one is attending me. I had made numerous attempts to get hold of my advisor his nowhere to be found. And am told they cant extend my rental days until the completion of my vehicle yet the are the once who are responsible and ***********.
