Bad timing from Miway

Actually i have mixed emotions about this review. Firstly i woukd like to give praise to mr Neethling who assisted in my time of need when my car was ******. He did an incredible job.

But now my problem comes when Miway sends me an email yesterday on an analysis of my profile. I have only made one claim with the company amounting to +/-R20000 and the past week my car was ****** which was out of my control. Now the email was rather inconsiderate at the time of my dilemma and wish that they would have atleast waited a month or so to send it not at that moment where i was still dealing with what im dealing with. Do better next time Miway.
