Bad servive

<p>I recently asked Miway to review my insurance premium because the premium and Excess is too high for me and i cant afford it. So this lady called Lindelwa was so rude i mean RUDE to me she did not even try to help or bring my premium down. I was so dissapointed because i have been with MiWay for more than 4 years now and have never claimed. I think i will have to cancel and look for another insurance since Miway cannot help me. I am very dissapointed and ****ed at MiWay and this Lindelwa girl who thinks she knows too much.</p>
