Bad Services !!!! MiWay Claims : C678178

<p>I was involved in a car accident last year in Novemeber 2015 where the 3rd party was wrong,paid R4,500 excess and until todate i am still waiting on my refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been dealing with Justin Smith and Marietha Lotz who have advised me that to get my money refunded could take up to 3 years and also because the 3rd party insurance (Hollard) are still inverstigating the case. Miway can not do anything to assist with my refund. Is this accecptable ?? </p> <p>Can someone assist me with the matter urgently</p> <p> </p>
